The reverse of the series features images of an antelope head, a Ugandan megahorn cattle, a tilapia fish, and a crowned crane. The 1, 2, 5, and 10 shilling coins feature their denominations, decorated with floral and foliage motifs. The obverse of the series features the coat of arms of Uganda.
