This silver coin is dedicated to the Estonian volunteers who fought on the Finnish side from 1939 to 1944 and helped resist the Soviet Union’s attempts to occupy the country during the Winter War and Continuation War.<\/p>\n
The obverse of the coin is designed in a dynamic style: silhouettes of marching soldiers are depicted against a blue background reminiscent of the Finnish flag. The years 1939\u20131944 are inscribed at the top, reflecting the period of their participation in the war. The composition conveys movement, determination, and the brotherhood of arms. <\/p>\n
