Mozambique is known for its rich wildlife<\/p>\n
and beautiful beaches.<\/p>\n

is the xylophone of the Chopi people,<\/p>\n
known as “mbila”.<\/p>\n
The music played on it<\/p>\n
considered the most complex of all pre-literate cultures.<\/p>\n

in addition to the mbila on one of the reverses<\/p>\n
This metical set depicts a woman studying.<\/p>\n
This is the first complete series of Mozambican coins.<\/p>\n
after the monetary reform of 2006.<\/p>\n
The rest of the reverses depict a rhinoceros,<\/p>\n
cheetah, tractor with plow, cotton plant,<\/p>\n
giant fisher bird, coelacanth fish<\/p>\n
and the central bank building.<\/p>\n
All obverses feature the bank’s logo.<\/p>\n
