4.00

Snowdrops are a genus of early-flowering perennial bulbous plants in the Amaryllidaceae family. They are among the first to emerge from the snow in March-April, distinguished by their white, drooping flowers with six petals. A symbol of spring, they are undemanding, preferring partial shade; most species are listed as endangered. Snowdrops are common in Central and Southern Europe, Asia Minor, and the Caucasus, preferring shady, sunny locations, broadleaf forests, and mountainous areas.
