0 Euro France 2018 – La Rochelle Gate Big Clock

This is a souvenir made of 0 euro banknotes with watermarks and other security features that have original banknotes.

The imposing city gate, topped with a clock tower, dates back to the 18th century. Port de la Gross-Orlogue was in the past one of the most important elements of the city’s fortifications, the walls of which were finally destroyed in the 19th century.

The zero-euro backside depicts the most famous European architecture and art: (from left to right) the Brandenburg Gate, Big Ben, Eiffel Tower, Colosseum, Sagrada Familia, Manneken Pis and Mona Lisa.
