This is a souvenir of 0 Euro banknotes with watermarks and other security features that have genuine banknotes.

On the obverse side of the banknote is the Hameln Pied Piper, the Hameln pipe-maker – a character of medieval German legend. According to her, the musician, deceived by the magistrate of the city of Hameln, who refused to pay remuneration for ridding the city of rats, with the help of witchcraft took away urban children, who then perished irrevocably.
