This is a souvenir of 0 Euro banknotes with watermarks and other security features that have genuine banknotes.

On the obverse side of the banknote is the Riga Town Hall Square, which was founded in the Old Town and the Blackheads Palace.

The zero-euro backside depicts the best-known European architecture and art objects: (left to right) Brandenburg Gate, Big Ben, Eiffel Tower, Colosseum, Sagrada Familia, Manneken Pis and Mona Lisa.
