The handover of the Olympic flag at the closing ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris will mark the start of the next Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028.

In the background is a panorama of Los Angeles with a palm tree, the symbolic tree of the city, reminiscent of Hollywood Boulevard and the Eiffel Tower.
