2 euro Slovenia 2019 – 100 years anniversary of University of Ljubljana

At the heart of the design is the logo of the University of Ljubljana. Instead of the facade of the university building, the logo reads “100 LET UNIVERZE V LJUBLJANI” above the filled square. The background is textured to make the filled box stand out better with the letter. At the bottom right is the text “SLOVENIJA 2019”. The outer ring of the coin depicts the 12 stars of the European Union flag
