In the central part, the coat of arms of the Apostolic Camerlengo is the symbol of the Holy See during the interregnum. On the ribbon is the motto of the Cardinal Cameron: “FIDEM CUSTODIRE – CONCORDIAM SERVARE” – “Keep the Faith – Serve Consent”.
