The fourth issue in the 2022 Famous Dutch Artists series is dedicated to Jan Steen (1626-1679).

Jan Steen was a 17th-century Dutch painter and representative of the golden age of Dutch painting. His work is distinguished by psychological insight, sense of humor and an abundance of color. He became most famous for his paintings “Twelfth-Night Feast”, “Beware of Luxury”, “A Merry Party”.

The third issue in the 2019 Famous Dutch Artists series is dedicated to Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890).

The world famous post-impressionist became famous for his paintings “Starry Night”, the series “Sunflowers”, “Almond Blossoms”, as well as many self-portraits. He created about 2000 works, including 900 oil paintings. The Van Gogh Museum was founded in Amsterdam in 1973. More than 1.5 million people visit the museum every year.
