Coin set – Belarus

After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the independence of Belarus in 1992, three series of ruble banknotes were issued, in each case as part of a monetary reform. The first coins were minted only in 2009 and released seven years later with the introduction of the third Belarusian ruble in 2016. This is the complete first set of coins of the independent Republic of Belarus. The obverse depicts the state emblem of Belarus. The reverse shows the denominations and various floral ornaments. The 2 ruble coin is a bimetallic coin.
