Apart from Liechtenstein, Uzbekistan is the only country in the world

landlocked, which means

that it is completely surrounded by landlocked states.

It is also the largest electricity producer

in Central Asia thanks to huge reserves of natural gas

and huge Soviet-era power plants.

This complete set of So’m coins is dedicated to some

of the most significant buildings in the country.

The obverse is decorated with an interesting national coat of arms.

On the reverses, in addition to the face value, are depicted
