Complete first set of Venezuelan Bolivar Fuerte coins.

Simon Bolivar (1783–1830) revered as a national hero

in several countries in South America.

“El Liberator” (“The Liberator”) was one of the most important leaders

struggle against Spanish colonial rule.

Not only Bolivia is named after him, but also the Venezuelan currency, among others.

The portrait of a fighter for independence is depicted

on the reverse of a bimetallic 1 bolívar coin

of this complete set of Bolivar Fuerte.

The rest of the reverses bear the denominations.
