Pacific Ocean, combines both motifs with ethnological

feature: this is the first complete series of coins

from the Republic of Fiji without a portrait of the Queen

Elizabeth II. Cents denominated in 1 and 2 out

the previous set is no longer produced.

The $2 coin was issued for the first time and replaces

banknote of the same denomination.
