Gold 5 euro Lithuania 2020 – Agricultural sciences

The Bank of Lithuania has issued a miniature € 5 dedicated to agricultural sciences. The coin is intended to perpetuate the work of specialists dealing with the rational use of natural resources, climate change, and environmental conservation. The author of the design is Rytas Jonas Belevicius.

On the obverse there is an outline of Lithuania made up of distributed agricultural land. The reverse side of the coin depicts the Tree of Life, created from a chain of DNA and cereals.
