Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. They apply to all purchases and sales made using the www.coin24.ee website by phone or at one of the Avex Change OÜ offices (hereinafter “COIN24”). By placing a purchase order to COIN24, you hereby agree to accept the following conditions:
1. Placing an order and payment
1.1. Your order, placed on the www.coin24.ee website, will be considered as a desire to buy the specified product at the price indicated on the website. When placing an order, the user will receive the bank account credentials and instructions on how to transfer money to the COIN24 bank account.
1.2. Payments must be made within 24 hours after placing your order. The order is completed and cannot be canceled after the money has been transferred to the COIN24 bank account.
1.3.The order can be paid via a bank link, which is located at the end of the order or by bank transfer to the account of Avex Change OÜ.
2. Cancelling the order
2.1. The user has the right to cancel their order before payment has been made. The order will be automatically canceled if the customer failed to make a payment in a timely manner.
2.2 In case of unforeseen situations, COIN24 reserves the right to cancel the order. The order can be canceled under the following possible conditions:
– Computer failure, which caused data corruption related to product prices
– Ordered goods are not available
2.3. Prior to order cancelation, COIN24 will contact the customer to provide new conditions or to immediately return all funds transferred by the customer.
3. Order delivery
3.1. COIN24 sends the products within 3 working days starting from the payment receipt. If any delivery delay occurs or if the ordered product is not available, COIN24 will always contact the customer via e-mail or by phone to clarify the delivery terms.
3.2. The prices for delivery, indicated at the moment the order is placed, are valid only in Estonia. Foreign delivery terms and prices must be agreed for each specific country. Please contact us by phone +372 56 654 727 or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.3. COIN24 uses the Omniva and SmartPost mail order machine services, the delivery reliability and speed of which has been time proved. If the customer wants to use courier services for home delivery, the delivery terms have to be agreed separately.
4.1. COIN24 can insure the package at the customer’s request. The customer hereby assumes all the insurance costs. The costs and terms are stipulated in each case separately. The insurance is valid exclusively for the time while the package is in transit and becomes ineffective after the courier receives the customer’s signature for the delivery. If the product is spoiled or lost during transportation due to the fault of the courier or postal service, COIN24 reserves the right to decide at its own discretion whether to resend the similar product or return the transferred money to the customer.
5. Customer personal data
5.1. COIN24 needs the customer personal data to contact the customer about their order. COIN24 gives customers data for postal service providers, listed in 3.3. Coin24 does not transfer customer data to third parties.
6. Intellectual property right
6.1. All logos, texts, images, and software available on this website belong to COIN24. This material is considered to be the COIN24 intellectual property. Any use of logos, texts, images, and software available on this website is prohibited. Unauthorized use of any materials from this website can lead to law-stipulated civil and criminal penalties. COIN24 will take all possible measures to protect and enforce its intellectual property rights.
7. Purchase unsubscribing and terms of product return
7.1. Customer has a right to unsubscribe to own purchase after the payment but before receiving the shipment by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with cancellation message, containing order number and bank account details. In case of any questions please call to client service number +372 56 654 727.
7.2. After shipment has been delivered Customer has 14 days to change or return products. If during 14 day period for any reason you would like to change or return you order please send a message with Your order number to address firstname.lastname@example.org or call +372 56 654 727.
7.3. In case of order unsubscribe under p. 7.1. or unsubscribing or changing the order under p. 7.2. Customers’ payment will be returned to Customer bank account no later than 30 days after sending a cancellation message and after order been returned to our stock. All additional expenses, necessary for product return to our stock, will be recouped from a Customer.
7.4. Returned items need to be in original package, unused and contain all original packaging items. If product purchased during the campaign and purchase will contain different items, You need to return all the items.
7.5. If returning item (or package) is damaged by non-accurate usage, then COIN24 have the right to waive its obligation to accept the return of purchased item/s or will equalise products value to be returned and will inform customer by e-mail on the status of return payment. If customer would not accept the equalisation payment, there is a right to rope an independent expert, who will evaluate damages. All expenses for expertise will be split between customer and COIN24, if one party`s position is groundless then that party will bear the expertise costs by its own.
8. Product change over
8.1. If product is unsuitable for some reason, Customer may apply to change it to another product supposing that new product is available in stock. All expenses by changing products will be covered by Customer.
