For over 60 years, the Red Arrows have been dazzling audiences around the world with their spectacular aerial displays and impeccable piloting precision. Since their first demonstration flight in 1965, this legendary air team has become a symbol of the skill, discipline and pride of the Royal Air Force.

In 2025, the Royal Mint will introduce a commemorative coin to celebrate the outstanding heritage of the Red Arrows.

The reverse features the iconic Hawk T1 aircraft, which served as the backbone of the team’s fleet for many years. The design was created in collaboration with the Red Arrows and is a true reflection of their signature style and dynamism.

The obverse is traditionally decorated with a portrait of His Majesty King Charles III.
