The mediterranian monk sealis one of the most enigmatic and rapidly disappearing marine mammals in the world. For a long time it has inhabited the shores of the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, attracting the attention of people by its good-naturedness and trustworthiness, establishing extensive colonies on open sandy beaches.
