2 euros Belgium 2024 – Presidency of the country in the Council of the European Union BU

The coin is dedicated to the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU, which will begin in January and last until July 2024. All EU member states chair the Council of the EU on a rotating basis. The country changes every six months. The theme of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union is “Protect, Strengthen, Prepare”.
