Coin set – Timor-Leste

The set consists of six Timor-Leste coins in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 centavos. They are the country’s legal tender, along with the US dollar.

The coin design reflects the region’s culture, flora, and fauna. The obverse of the coin series depicts a sea mollusk, a rice plant, a rooster, a sailboat, coffee berries, and the ruler and national hero, Boaventura de Manufaji. The reverse side of the coins displays their face value.
