Coin Set – Eswatini

The set consists of six Eswatini coins in denominations of 10, 20, and 50 cents, 1 lilangeni, and 2 and 5 emalangeni. Such sets have been minted regularly since the late 2010s, and the coins in this series are considered typical circulation pieces for the country.

The obverse of all coins in the series features a portrait of King Mswati III of Eswatini. The reverse of each coin is unique and adorned with national symbols and motifs reflecting nature, culture, and statehood: sugarcane stalks, lilies, an elephant, the national coat of arms, and again the king’s portrait.
