Coin set – Uzbekistan

The set consists of five Uzbek coins in denominations of 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000 soums. They are legal tender.

The coins depict architectural landmarks of Uzbekistan located in Tashkent: the Monument of Independence and Kindness, the Palace of Forums, and the Center for Islamic Civilization. The 200-sum coin features a tiger with a rising sun motif, depicted within the arch of the Sher-Dor Madrasah, one of three madrasahs in the Registan complex in Samarkand. The obverse of the series is adorned with the country’s national coat of arms.
